For the dough check out my braided bread recepie. Ingredients:
1000 g quark |
4 packs vanilla sugar |
300 g sugar |
5 eggs |
zest of 2 lemons |
3 tablespoon wheat groat |
50 g butter |
Directions:
1. With a help of a hand mixer mix quark, vanilla sugar, butter, sugar and egg yolks. Beat egg white and mix to the quark-egg yolk mixture. Roll out dough and put into a form, sprinkle wheat groat and add quark filling. Bake for 1 hour on 160°C. |
