Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 lb) beef brisket
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. In heavy duty tinfoil place brisket.
  3. Cover with dry soup mix and canned soup.
  4. Cover tightly, put in baking dish.
  5. Bake 4 hours, remove.
  6. Pour off gravy and shred with 2 forks.
  7. Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
