this is soooo easy, and my kids love it. just 5 mins prep time and forget about it Ingredients:
1 (3 lb) beef brisket |
1 can mushroom soup |
1 package onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 300. 2. in heavy duty tinfoil place brisket. 3. cover with dry soup mix and canned soup. 4. cover tightly, put in baking dish. 5. bake 4 hours, remove. 6. pour off gravy and shred with 2 forks. 7. serve over rice, noodles or potatoes. |
