Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. Place tea bags in heatproof bowl; pour boiling water over. Let steep 8 minures. Remove and discard tea bags.
  4. Stir in brown sugar and and 3 tablespoons cocoa powder.
  5. Sift flour with remaining cocoa pwder and baking powder in separate bowl.
  6. In a large bowl, combine egg with sugar, melted butter, milk and vanilla.
  7. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture.
  8. Spread in prepared baking dish. Carefully pour tea mixture over batter but do not mix it inches.
  9. Bake 25 minutes. Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
  10. Serve warm.
