Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar. add the lemon zest. Add egg, then sifted dry ingredients.
  2. Divide between 2 buttered 9 pie tins. Bake 375 degrees, 20 minutes.
