Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp celery seed
  • salad greens and vegetables of your choice

Directions:

  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first 10 ingredients; shake well. Serve with salad. Refrigerate leftovers; shake well before serving. Yield: 2/3 cup.
