Ingredients:

  • 2 cups hominy
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Chop onions fine
  2. Mince the small chili pepper no seeds
  3. Chop garlic fine
  4. Mince bacon
  5. Fry bacon in butter
  6. Add onions
  7. Add chili pepper if you like heat
  8. Add hominy
  9. Add garlic.
