Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups steamed rice
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Separate Eggs.
  2. Beat Yolks.
  3. In a baking dash add Yolks-Sugar-Salt-Milk-Vanilla.
  4. And Rice.
  5. Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into the mixture.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
