It is a easy,old fashion Rice Pudding Recipe. Had it a lot growing up. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 1/4 cups milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups steamed rice |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Separate Eggs. 2. Beat Yolks. 3. In a baking dash add Yolks-Sugar-Salt-Milk-Vanilla. 4. And Rice. 5. Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into the mixture. 6. Bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes. |
