Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumbers (2-3)
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice the cucumbers.
  2. Slice rings of onion.
  3. Add all ingredients and toss with vegetables.
  4. Make well in advance. The liquid from the cucumbers blend and make a sauce.
