Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the steaks in 1 tablespoon oli over medium heat until no longer pink.
  2. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Top each with a slice of cheese.
  4. Cover and cook for 1 minute, or until melted.
  5. Remove and keep warm.
  6. Drain drippings.
  7. In the same skillet, saute the onion, garlic and pepper rings in the remaining oil until tender.
  8. Spoon over the steaks.
