Ingredients:

  • 4 cups whole oats
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup walnut oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line jelly roll pan with greased parchment paper.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients.
  4. Add, oil, egg, molasses, and honey.
  5. Stir until well combined.
  6. Press into the jelly-roll pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes and then cut.
