Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cod
  • 4 oz milk
  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425F
  2. Dip 4 ounce filets in milk, coat with bread crumbs
  3. Bake until fish flakes easily with fork, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
