Crockpot Baked Apples

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix raisins and brown sugar. Pack mixture into center of cored apples.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Top each apple with 1 heaping tsp butter.
  3. Put in crockpot with 1/2 cup of water.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hrs.
  5. Serve with a dallop of cool whip free.
