Creamy Crunchy Skillet Corn

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 oz) package frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large non stick skillet and stir in corn, sugar and cornmeal.
  2. Cover and cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
