Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until on longer pink.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in flour and salt until blended.
  4. Stir in soup, consomme and mustard.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Reduce heat.
  7. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
  8. Stir in the noodles and sour cream.
  9. Heat through. ( do not boil).
