Ingredients:

  • 160 g cake flour
  • 1 egg
  • 60 g butter
  • 30 g butter
  • 15 g sugar

Directions:

  20. Step11. Use push stick to the tart dough and make it a bit larger than a frame.
  21. Step12. Put the tart dough on a frame, use your hand and push stick, and make the tart dough stick with the frame.
  22. Step13. In order to prevent rising bottom, use a fork and fork it.
