Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup mild honey
  • 1 (2 inch) cinnamon sticks

Directions:

  1. Wash cranberries and pat dry.
  2. In a medium stainless or enamel pot combine berries with the vinegar, honey, and cinnamon stick.
  3. Bring to a full rolling boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  5. You want the cranberries to burst.
  6. Strain hot vinegar through 3 layers of wet cheesecloth.
  7. Pour into hot sterile jars and seal.
  8. Keeps in fridge for 1 year.
