Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute first 5 ingredients in a large skillet.
  2. Stir in next 6 ingredients and simmer until macaroni is tender, about 25 minutes.
  3. Mix next 3 ingredients together.
  4. Put 1/2 the macaroni mixture in a greased 2-qt casserole dish.
  5. Top with 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
