Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups corn flakes

Directions:

  1. Preheat th eoven to 180°C.
  2. Sift together the flour & baking powder.
  3. Beat margarine & sugar together until light & fluffy.
  4. Add eggs & vanilla and beat well.
  5. Add sifted dry ingredients & corn flakes, mix well for about 2 minutes.
  6. Drop tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
