Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sausage, mushroom, green onion and cook until sausage is browned.
  2. Drain well then return to skillet.
  3. Stir in tomato and cheese.
  4. In mixing bowl mix baking mix, eggs, milk, salt and pepper then pour sausage mixture in buttered rectangular baking dish.
  5. Pour baking mix mixture over top of sausage mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
