Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the collard greens for 25 min, meanwhile make the BBQ sauce.
  2. For the BBQ sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15 min. Stir occasionally while cooking.
  3. Drain the collards and toss with the BBQ sauce. Serve warm as a side dish.
  4. You may have more BBQ sauce than you need. Use as much as you like, store the rest in a ziplock in freezer. Great for using with any meat.
