Cold Asparagus With Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs asparagus
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Steam asparagus until crisp but fork tender Chill in cold water to stop cooking process.
  2. Mix together ingredients.
  3. Add asparagus to mixture and toss.
  4. Let stand in refidgerator for at least 1 hour.
