Ingredients:

  • 18 1/4 oz yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except coconut in large bowl.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Gradually stir in coconut and mix well.
  4. Drop by tblsful on ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350* for 10 minutes.
  6. Cool on wire rack and store in airtight container.
