Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas, combine eggs and sugar until fully incorporated. Sift together dry ingredients and add to wet mixture, place in greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for one hour.
