Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour , sifted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F Grease and flour an 8x8 baking pan.
  2. Combine all cake ingredients, and beat until smooth. Pour into pan.
  3. Combine topping ingredients (except butter), and sprinkle over batter.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes, then pour melted butter on top. Return to oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
