Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp confectioner's sugar/powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Add 2 tablespoons cocoa and 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar to 1 cup whipping cream. Chill 30 minutes. Whip until stiff. Add 1/2 teaspoon each: almond extract and vanilla extract.
  2. Yield: 2 cups
