Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups crispy corn
  • 1 2/3 cups chocolate chips (11oz.package)
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Place cereal in a large bowl, set aside.
  2. In small HEAVY saucepan melt morsels and peanut butter over low heat, stirring until combined.
  3. Pour over cereal, stirring gently until coated.
  4. Put cereal mixture into a LARGE plastic bag.
  5. Sprinkle powdered sugar over cereal mixture.
  6. Seal the bag and gently shake till coated with powdered sugar.
  7. Spread on wax paper to cool.
  8. Store in a air tight container.
