Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Layer 1: Combine 1 stick butter, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla extract in a pot and simmer over low heat.
  2. Stir in one slightly beaten egg.
  3. Cook 3 more minutes, stirring constantly and remove from heat.
  4. Stir in graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Press into lightly greased 8 x 8 square pan and place in refrigerator.
  6. Layer 2: Cream 1 stick butter and powdered sugar.
  7. Beat in milk and vanilla pudding mix.
  8. Spread over first layer and refrigerate overnight.
  9. The next day - Layer 3: Melt 1 T butter and chocolate chips.
  10. Spread over layer 2 and chill until solid.
  11. Cut into squares.
  12. Keep refrigerated.
