Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp melted margarine or 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine melted margarine or oil, cocoa, and hot water.
  2. Blend in confectioners' sugar and vanilla.
  3. Pour or spread on brownies or cake.
  4. Glaze will harden when cool.
