Ingredients:

  • 907 g butter
  • 2 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking pwd
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 litre eggs
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
  2. Grease individual 16 non stick petite loaf pan or 2 non stick loaf pan .
  3. Sift the flour , baking pwd and salt .
  4. Beat the butter and sugar for 4 mins .
  5. Beat another 3 mins until light in color .
  6. Add the eggs one by one for 2 mins until fluffy .
  7. Continue to beat for 1 min .
  8. Add the yogurt and vanilla essence until mixed .
  9. Fold in the chocolate chunks .
  10. Pour 4 tbsp into each pan .
  11. Bake for 25 mins .
