Serve with Chocolate Milk . Ingredients:
907 g butter |
2 1/4 c plain flour |
1 tsp baking pwd |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 c light brown sugar |
3/4 c sugar |
3 l eggs |
1/2 c yogurt |
1 tbsp vanilla essence |
12 oz baking choc , cut into chunks |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg C . 2. Grease individual 16 non stick petite loaf pan or 2 non stick loaf pan . 3. Sift the flour , baking pwd and salt . 4. Beat the butter and sugar for 4 mins . 5. Beat another 3 mins until light in color . 6. Add the eggs one by one for 2 mins until fluffy . 7. Continue to beat for 1 min . 8. Add the yogurt and vanilla essence until mixed . 9. Fold in the chocolate chunks . 10. Pour 4 tbsp into each pan . 11. Bake for 25 mins . |
