Chocolate Chip (nut) Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups | 405g flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 | 280g butter softened
  • 1 1/2 | 280g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-4 cups chocolate chips
  • (1 cup chopped pecans ) optional

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to +/-190℃
  2. Beat sugar and butter until creamy
  3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy
  4. Blend in flour, salt and baking soda
  5. Stir in chocolate chips (& nuts)
  6. Teaspoon onto un-greased oven tray. Can pour onto oven sheets in tray
  7. Flatten with fork and leave space for cookies to spread
  8. Bake 10-12 min until brown
  9. Allow to stand 2-3min before removing from tray. If using oven sheets one can remove them from the tray and then allow to stand.
