Best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted! Very similar to: Soft Chewy Variant Of Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies Best Tasting Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups | 405g flour |
1 1/4 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp salt |
1 1/2 | 280g butter softened |
1 1/2 | 280g brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 tsp vanilla essence |
2-4 cups chocolate chips |
(1 cup chopped pecans) optional |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to +/-190℃ 2. Beat sugar and butter until creamy 3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy 4. Blend in flour, salt and baking soda 5. Stir in chocolate chips (& nuts) 6. Teaspoon onto un-greased oven tray. Can pour onto oven sheets in tray 7. Flatten with fork and leave space for cookies to spread 8. Bake 10-12 min until brown 9. Allow to stand 2-3min before removing from tray. If using oven sheets one can remove them from the tray and then allow to stand. |
