Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Gradually beat eggs and sugar until thick .
  2. Fold in sifted flour, corn flour and cocoa powder, fold in butter and water
  3. Spoon evenly into a greased pan
  4. Bake in 180°C oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn out, cool, cut cake in half horizontally
  5. Beat together Cream and cooled melted cooking chocolate, until thick.
  6. Sandwich cake layers together with chocolate cream, cut cake into pieces.
  7. Combine remaining ingredients except icing sugar, mix well.
  8. Coat cake pieces in icing sugar.
  9. Pour Chocolate sauce on top of cake pieces.
  10. Refrigerate
