3 eggs |
1/2 cup sugar |
3/4 cup self raising flour |
2 tablespoons corn flour |
2 tablespoon cocoa powder |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/4 cup hot water |
3/4 cup cream |
100g cooking chocolate, melted and set aside to cool |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder |
150g cooking chocolate, melted |
3/4 cup hot milk |
2 cups icing sugar |
Directions:
1. Gradually beat eggs and sugar until thick . 2. Fold in sifted flour, corn flour and cocoa powder, fold in butter and water 3. Spoon evenly into a greased pan 4. Bake in 180°C oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn out, cool, cut cake in half horizontally 5. Beat together Cream and cooled melted cooking chocolate, until thick. 6. Sandwich cake layers together with chocolate cream, cut cake into pieces. 7. Combine remaining ingredients except icing sugar, mix well. 8. Coat cake pieces in icing sugar. 9. Pour Chocolate sauce on top of cake pieces. 10. Refrigerate |
