Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa pwd
  • 150 g flour
  • 1tsp baking pwd
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 50 g butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • middle layer
  • 3 cups whip cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp gelatine
  • 5 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee pwd
  • 1 1/2 tsp gelatine

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg
  2. Base
  3. Melt the cooking chocolate and the cocoa pwd in 1/2 cup boling water . cool . add the milk . beat the egg , butter and the sugar . add the flour and everything and the chocolate mixture . Pour in a loose bottom pan . bake for 30 mins .
  4. Cool completely .
  5. Middle layer
  6. Simmer 1 cup of whip cream . add the chocolate . melt . cool . whisk . add 2 cups of whip cream . whisk completely . add the gelatine dissolved in a tbsp of hot water . pour over the cake base . chill 1 hr .
  7. Top layer
  8. Beat the cream cheese and the caster sugar . . Add one by one
  9. The coffee pwd and the gelatine dissolved in 1 tbsp of water .
  10. Pour over the middle layer .
  11. Chill until set .
  12. Decorate
  13. ........ with white chocolate
