Im a Chocoholic , Coffee lover and Cheese fanatic .... wanted to have all in one cake yet able to taste all the three distinctively . ... . and I got it rite here ..... Ingredients:

50 g cooking chocolate |
2 tbsp cocoa pwd |
150 g flour |
1tsp baking pwd |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
50 g butter |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
2 tbsp milk |
middle layer |
200 g dark chocolate |
3 cups whip cream |
1 1/2 tsp gelatine |
top layer |
8 oz cream cheese |
5 tbsp caster sugar |
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee pwd |
1 1/2 tsp gelatine |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 deg 2. Base 3. Melt the cooking chocolate and the cocoa pwd in 1/2 cup boling water . cool . add the milk . beat the egg , butter and the sugar . add the flour and everything and the chocolate mixture . Pour in a loose bottom pan . bake for 30 mins . 4. Cool completely . 5. Middle layer 6. Simmer 1 cup of whip cream . add the chocolate . melt . cool . whisk . add 2 cups of whip cream . whisk completely . add the gelatine dissolved in a tbsp of hot water . pour over the cake base . chill 1 hr . 7. Top layer 8. beat the cream cheese and the caster sugar . . Add one by one 9. the coffee pwd and the gelatine dissolved in 1 tbsp of water . 10. Pour over the middle layer . 11. chill until set . 12. Decorate 13. ........ with white chocolate |
