Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a rectangular baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle with chili peppers and cheddar cheese.
  3. In medium bowl combine milk, baking mix and eggs then beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in cottage cheese then spoon eggs on top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Top with salsa.
