Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put onion, beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer and diced tomatoes in crock pot.
  2. Add taco seasoning and stir to blend.
  3. Lay chicken on top of mixture, press down slightly just until covered.
  4. Turn on low for 5 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and shred.
  6. Put chicken back into soup and cook for another 2-3 hours.
  7. I put cheddar cheese, and sour cream on top of mine.
  8. You can use tortilla chips on top too.
