Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine orange juice and yogurt.
  2. Wash chicken and marinate in yogurt mixture.
  3. Prep time of 3 hours is a guess for minimal marinating time.
  4. Preferably I would marinate overnight.
  5. Grill chicken on BBQ until thoroughly cooked, braising often with remaining yogurt mixture.
  6. Chop mango, red& green peppers, and onion into small pieces, combine with minced garlic.
  7. When Chicken is done, combine mango mixture and remaining yogurt mixture and pour over chicken.
  8. Cook rice according to package directions.
  9. Serve rice with chicken.
  10. You can use some of the sauce on the rice too if desired.
