Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For marinade, combine:
  2. Soy sauce, wasabi powder, grated fresh ginger.
  3. Cut chicken breasts into 4 long strips and coat with marinade. Refrigerate 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake/grill 15-20 minutes.
  4. For Salsa, combine:
  5. Mint, chopped jalepeno pepper, fresh cilantro, white wine vinegar, chopped cucumber
