Chicken In Red Sauce

Ingredients:

  • i cup blended chillie
  • 1/2 cup curry powder
  • 1 cup small onion (5piece), ginger (half a thumb size), garlic (3pcs) - blend finely
  • 1 cup big onion - chopped finely
  • 3 medium tomato - cut into quater
  • 2 small tins tomato puree
  • 3 piece lemon leaves
  • 1/2 bottle strawberry jam
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Fry the blended ingredients till almost lite brown add in all the other chopped ingredients.
  2. Add all the spices (cloves,cardamon,cinnamon,star anise,curry pwdr,lemon leaves, blended chilli) cook for 3mins
  3. Eventuali add the strawberry jam and Tomato puree - cook for 5mins
  4. Finali add the half cook chicken, cut tomato and salt to taste - covered to cook for abt 15-20mins (if gravy get too thicken add abit of water)
  5. Garnish with Coriander leaves..
