Chicken Breast (hot/spicy)

Ingredients:

  • 12 tbsp favorite hot sauce or 12 tbsp salsa
  • 12 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lime
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Squeeze the lime juice into a bowl, add hot sauce, mustard and salt, mix until you have a uniform marinating sauce.
  2. Marinate chicken Breast for 45 minutes.
  3. Fry chicken breast in a pan with butter without marinating sauce (keep for later).
  4. Add to chicken marinating sauce for body.
  5. Let it cook slow for a couple of minutes.
  6. Remove chicken and place in plate, keep marinating sauce in pan.
  7. Add sour cream in the pan to the marinating sauce and make a creamy sauce.
  8. Serve creamy sauce on top of chicken.
