Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water - lukewarm
  • 1 tbsp margarine or butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in the order dictated by your bread machines instructions.
  2. After the first kneading, which is usually indicated by a beep with most machines, add the shredded Cheddar cheese
  3. This recipe makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf of bread.
