Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 -2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 3 sprigs lemon thyme

Directions:

  1. Using electric mixer or blender, combine first 4 ingredients; add onion. Gradually add oil and vinegar, beating constantly. Garnish with thyme. Add to fruit salad just before serving. Note: Constant beating to blend ingredients is the secret of success!
