1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 -2 teaspoon celery seed |
3 tablespoons grated onions |
1 cup salad oil |
1/3 cup vinegar |
3 sprigs lemon thyme |
Directions:
1. Using electric mixer or blender, combine first 4 ingredients; add onion. Gradually add oil and vinegar, beating constantly. Garnish with thyme. Add to fruit salad just before serving. Note: Constant beating to blend ingredients is the secret of success! |
