Carole's Banana Bread Supreme

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp hot water

Directions:

  1. Grease pans. Divide into loaf pans.
  2. Bake: 1 hours for 2 large pans.
  3. 45 minute for 3 small pans.
  4. Toppping-.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Spread on top of bread and put under a broiler for about 2-3 minutes-just until lightly browned. checking it often to making sure not to burn.
