Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix sauce ingredients together.(sugar, pineapple flour, egg,vinegar).
  2. Heat on stove until thick, stirring often.
  3. Cool in refrigerator.
  4. Fold together sauce, cool whip and peanuts. Fold in apples.
  5. Sprinkle with peanuts and chill until served.
