Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (1 1/2 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix ( fudge)
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • whipped topping, additional (optional)
  • chocolate wafer crumbs (optional)

Directions:

  1. Dissolve coffee in water; set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, pudding mix and cinnamon.
  3. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in coffee.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spoon into serving dishes.
  7. Garnish with whipped topping and wafer crumbs if desired.
  8. Yield: 4 servings.
